PADI® Women’s Dive Day has grown into the most celebrated day of diving on the planet, transforming lives and opening the door to the underwater world. For 10 years, the dive community has rallied together to encourage divers of all genders, ages, races, backgrounds, and abilities to confidently explore and protect the ocean.

Join Vancouver’s diverse and growing women’s dive community.
Its important we have communities where we can share experiences, learn from one another, and build lasting friendships. An active female dive community provides these social and learning opportunities, making diving a more enjoyable and enriching experience. Community events are so important to help keep new divers engaged in the sport and what better way to achieve this than to coming together and going out for a fun and inclusive day of boat diving.
Explore and Dive in Howe Sound
Clear water, beautiful views and great diving!
Howe Sound boat charters offer a chance to switch up your diving routine and explore new and exciting sites! Know for having great visibility in the cooler months, its a great way to observe different species that can’t often be found at the local Vancouver shore sites. With expert knowledge both above and below the water, you’re sure to have a thrilling, fun, and informative experience with every boat diving trip you take!
Whats Included with Your Women’s Dive Day Boat Charter:
- ✅ A Padi Dive Master or Instructor to assist you with planning your dives and brief the different sites
- ✅ 2 Guided boat dives at two of over 25 different sites. Sites are picked based on conditions and diver experience levels
- ✅ Lunch and hot drinks
- ✅ Boat transportation from Horseshoe Bay to and from the dive sites.
Women’s Dive Day Itinerary:
8:00am Meeting at Horseshoe Bay Public Dock
- Please arrive as early as possible to start loading the boat.
- After unloading gear, there is paid lots for parking vehicles.
- 9:00am Boat departs for our first dive site
9:45am First Guided Dive
- Dive site will be determined on the day, based on conditions and divers experience
Noon Beach Social & Lunch
- Hot drinks and lunch on a local beach
- We’ll have a long 1.5 hour surface interval
1:30pm Second Guided Dive
- Dive site will be determined on the day, based on conditions and divers experience
- After our dive we’ll head back to Horseshoe Bay
4:00pm Back in Horseshoe Bay
- Optional cocktail and appetizers in Horseshoe Bay
