Hornby Island diving is home to a wide variety of underwater life due to its unique location and rock formations. Sea lions frequent areas of the island in the winter months, although we aren’t specifically diving with them they do sometimes get curious!

Experience the magic of British Columbia diving on this unforgettable 2 day trip to Vancouver Island. One day of boat diving around Hornby Island and one day of shore diving in Nanoose Bay. Cozy beach house right next to the shoreline!

Hornby Island Diving Itinerary:

Friday January 30th

11:30am – Meeting Downtown Vancouver
- Please arrive as early as to load gear into vans
- Catch the 1:25pm ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Naniamo.
8:00pm – Optional Night Dive
- Relax and have dinner
- Optional night dive at Oak Leaf Bay

Saturday January 31st

9:00AM – Meet Boat Charter in Deep Bay
- The boat departs at 9:30AM.
- Enjoy 2 guided boat dives around Hornby Island
4:00pm – Back to Accommodations
- Relax in the hot tub and have dinner
- Optional night dive at Oak Leaf Bay

Sunday February 1st

10:00am – Check out of Accommodations

11:00am – Two Shore Dives
- 2 shore dives at Madrona Point or Tyee Cove

4:00pm – Pack up and head to Departure Bay
- Catch the 5:30 ferry back to Vancouver
